General Partners aims to invest in asset classes during their early growth phase or amid market dislocation. We like bold, contrarian and deeply considered bets - underpinned by demographics, policy and market economics. That earlier or dislocation stage is where the work and conviction is: thinking creatively, sourcing the opportunity, creating value through development, proving the demand, creating scale and holding the asset. We are comfortable taking a position before the case is consensus and with how long it takes to prove one. When the asset reaches institutional grade, it belongs in institutional hands. We have completed that cycle once, and we are constantly monitoring the market for opportunities.

General Partners invests opportunistically across Australian real assets: housing, digital infrastructure and renewable energy and commercial real estate. We look for the same conditions each time — structural demand, fragmented ownership and a vendor who would rather transact than develop. Where we find them, we acquire the asset, do the development, repositioning or operational work ourselves and hold it to realise true value. We invest our own capital and partner with the right capital, so we can be patient with an asset while maintaining conviction and belief in our approach.

Disability Housing

Good Housing is a national Specialist Disability Accommodation platform, built from origination to an institutional-grade portfolio spanning all SDA design categories, underpinned by the structural certainty of NDIS demand. In 2025, Good Housing and MA Financial (ASX:MAF) created the MA Good Housing Fund which invests in Australian social and living infrastructure by developing and acquiring Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) assets backed by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The Fund targets purpose-built dwellings in high-demand Australian growth corridors generating long-term positive impact for tenants and government-backed, inflation-linked rental revenues.
